Tuesday - 30 Min Spin / 5m Run (Lower Body Weights + ABS)
Wednesday - REST
Thursday - 800m Swim (Upper Body Weights + ABS)
Friday - 60 Min Spin (Lower Body Weights + ABS)
Saturday - Long Run - 10+ Miles
